It’s bittersweet, but the time to move out has come.
Please read through your Move Out Packet to help remind you of the things that need to be done before you give back possession of the property. Please remember that any cleaning, painting, damages that need to be repaired after you move out, etc.will be deducted from your security deposit, and an itemized list will be attached with your deposit. Your unit was very clean upon move in, and it is expected to be returned that way upon move out. If you need help with how to clean a specific item like the stove, floors, etc. please do not hesitate to reach out!
Don’t forget to leave a forwarding address with Ashley Property Services. Please also remember to forward your mail with the United States Postal Service. We also recommend removing your address from services like Amazon, so packages do not accidentally get sent to your old address–this happens regularly!
