For after hours maintenance emergencies, please call 580-732-0465, and follow the prompts.
Please submit your non-emergency maintenance requests via Tenant Web Access (TWA), by clicking the “TWA Login” button below. You can also submit your maintenance request by logging in to the rmResident app on your mobile device.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR UNIT NUMBER & ISSUE CATEGORY IN THE SERVICE ISSUE TITLE.

Submitting a Maintenance Request
Step 1 – Login to your TWA account, and select “Maintenance Requests”
Step 2 – Select “Add Maintenance Request”
Step 3 – Fill out the form, and select ” Add Maintenance Request” when you are finished to submit the form to our Maintenance Team. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR UNIT NUMBER & ISSUE CATEGORY IN THE SERVICE ISSUE TITLE.
Step 4 – Once submitted successfully, you should receive the message below.
After that, you’re all set! Our Maintenance Team will get to work on your Service Issue as soon as we receive it.
